We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At IXG Crafts, we take pride in creating custom, personalized items made especially for you. Because these pieces are unique and made-to-order, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if there is an error on our end (such as incorrect engraving, misspelling, or design mistake), we’ll gladly correct the issue and ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Your satisfaction means everything to us — please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues so we can make it right.
